No audio or video equipment

Approved items:

Coolers (no glass items)
lawn chair or blankets
Cameras are welcome

The Hot August Blues Festival is pleased to provide accessible seating to those in need. Please contact Amy if you have special needs or require assistance.

The gates will open on Friday at 3:00pm and on Saturday at 9:00am.

Hot August Blues Festival and Hands-On Promotions reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone exhibiting behavior not in the spirit of the event.

All minor children MUST be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the premises that are allowing their children to roam the event without adult supervision. This policy will be strictly enforced.

We'd like to keep in touch with you throughout the year! We'll let you know when the dates are confirmed for 2008, when we will start taking vendor and food submissions as well as the lineup for next year. The company that we are using is providing this list at no cost and to recoup the cost to them, they do include ads at the bottom of all annoucements that we send. Hot August Blues Festival and Hands On Promotions have no control over the content of the ads used.
