John Sutton Band Bio
The John Sutton Band, a Roots Soul Rock Trio based out of Nashville, TN, has been rocking the Southeast for over a decade building their ever expanding fan base. This is three piece, in your face, get you involved music, John, Rick, and Mark bring vast experience to their performances and is at home on any stage.
JSB music is influenced by people with soul and groove, old and new. Al Green, Mofro, Otis, Soulive, G Love, James Brown, Subdudes, Jack Johnson, Gov’t Mule, Big Head Todd, for example and the list goes on. “We are true fans of Soulful music!!!” states Sutton. “We are all about getting the crowd fired up and involved in the show. The music performed in our shows is all designed to get folks dancing, singing, and having a great time.”
A band of professional minded musicians they share the common goal of entertaining everyone. Their songs, written with expression and realism, are done so in a way that the purpose of the lyric is not lost in the live jam. Always fun!!! Always a party!!! Always a jam!!!
